About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Customs & Trade Expert to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Indirect Tax Services team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on customs and trade matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to our clients on customs and trade matters, including advice on compliance management systems and international trade regulations.
- Lead and manage complex projects, including the implementation of compliance management systems and the provision of expert advice on customs and trade matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in customs and trade regulations and provide expert advice to our clients on how to navigate these changes.
- Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to provide a comprehensive range of services to our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customs and trade, with a strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
