Wir sind ein aufstrebendes Start-up im Bereich Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) und suchen einen engagierten Business Development Representative (m/w/d), der unser Vertriebsteam verstärkt.

Aufgaben
- Lead Generierung: Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und sprichst neue Leads über unterschiedliche Kanäle an. Dabei erkennst du die Bedürfnisse und Probleme des potenziellen Kunden und begleitest den vollständigen Vertriebsprozess.
- Trend-Analysen: Du erstellst Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir bestens über die aktuelle Marktsituation informiert sind. Du verfolgst die aktuellsten KI-Trends und informierst und präsentierst diese deinen KollegInnen sowie dem Management.
- Produktinnovation: Du treibst unsere Produktinnovation, und hilfst dabei, unser Geschäftsmodell strategisch weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei suchst du nach KI-relevanten Tätigkeitsfeldern für einen Markteinstieg in neuen Bereichen.

Qualifikation
- Studiums
- und Berufserfahrung: Du hast einen Abschluss in Wirtschaft, einem MINT-Fach oder Ähnlichem sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im SaaS-Bereich.
- Eigeninitiative und Innovationsfreude: Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und bringst Ideen ein, um das Business Development Team voranzubringen. Du entwickelst gerne neue Konzepte und suchst nach Möglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung. Dabei blickst du auch über den eigenen Tellerrand hinaus.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
