**About the company**:
Established in 2005, **remote control productions (rcp)** is an independent Munich production house for interactive entertainment. Covering everything from HR, finance and legal support, business development, business intelligence, and (creative) production, **rcp** enables studios to get on with what they do best: creating great games. Our purpose is to empower, support, and emancipate game makers to create sustainably.
**rcp **is also the ‘mothership’ for a family of more than 15 established gaming companies in countries all over the world.
These group members operate across the interactive entertainment industry - developing their projects with the support of **rcp**. This group of studios is a diverse team of over 500 individuals working in studios across Europe and Asia
The **rcp family** has worked on more than 400 projects, including Songs of Silence, the Bus Simulator series, Angry Birds Epic, Angry Birds Evolution, Windstorm, Sacred Legends, Shadow and Bone, and The Ascent. Our interactive experiences include an internal VR project for BMW, a long-running platform for Teva, and a training game for the Bundeswehr.
We are also proudly engaged in the wider industry ecosystem, working in politics, education, awareness, representation, culture, and social issues.
As a new Business Development Team Assistant/Coordinator (f/m/d) you´ll be part of a team of 6 (and growing) Sales Managers. You'll be the one making sure everyone has access to the files and data they need, planning and scheduling tasks closely with the Head of BD to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is all about taking care of the admin stuff so our Sales Managers can focus on what they do best - selling We're all about teamwork and collaboration here, so you'll be working closely with stakeholders to make sure we're all on the same page. **What will you do**:
- Supporting the BD Managers with business development activities, as well as operational and management projects
- Supporting processing RFPs from clients and distributing them to our family studios
- Assisting BD Managers with the NDA process
- Compiling and maintaining pitch materials, information packets, and proposals
- Arranging, scheduling and moderating meetings
- Assisting in maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Collaboration closely with the Head of BD to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, action items and project files
- Supporting cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Travel management for BD Team
- Supporting the trade shows and company onsite events organization
- Assisting the BD Team with research tasks
**Who are we looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German language will be a plus)
- Highly organized, good at prioritizing time, and detail and deadline-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality
- Experience in travel booking and ability to assist in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in documentation and reporting
- Experience in supporting marketing and lead generation activity is a plus
