Wir helfen unseren Kunden so, im globalen Wettbewerb zu bestehen und innovativere, qualitativ hochwertige, nachhaltigere Produkte in kürzerer Zeit auf den Markt zu bringen. Dazu nutzen wir u.a. die PLM-Suiten der drei großen Hersteller Dassault, Siemens und PTC und integrieren diese in die übergreifenden Abläufe und die Systemlandschaft.

**DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN BEI UNS**:

- Du entwickelst eine umfassende Go-to-Market-Strategie, die die Positionierung unserer digitalen Lösungen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Digital Continuity/PLM im Markt sicherstellt.
- Du analysierst den Markt für Digital Continuity/PLM zur gezielten Ansprache von relevanten Zielkunden.
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Marktbedarfe im Bereich Continuity/PLM, identifizierst aktiv Chancen für die Geschäftsentwicklung, pflegst Kundenbeziehungen und erschließt neue Marktsegmente zur Steigerung des Umsatzwachstums.
- Du erstellst hochwertige Unterlagen zur Repräsentation unseres Digital Continuity/PLM Portfolios und entwickelst relevante Demonstratoren zur Produktpositionierung beim Kunden.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Teams identifizierst und sprichst du relevante Zielkunden basierend auf einem eigenen Netzwerk an.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Expert*innen leitest du Projekte im Bereich Digital Continuity/PLM und arbeitest mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im digitalen Sektor zusammen.
- Du integrierst die Fachkenntnisse und die Best Practices unserer globalen Center of Excellence in strategische Entscheidungen und Prozesse, die das Portfolio-Management, die Marktentwicklung und die Projektdurchführung betreffen.

**DU ÜBERZEUGST UNS MIT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, strategisches Management oder vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Continuity/PLM (mit den wesentlichen Produktanbietern), Go-to-Market-Strategien, Sales/Pre-Sales Aktivitäten und Lösungsimplementierung.
- Analytische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen im digitalen Bereich in handlungsrelevante Strategien umzuwandeln.
- Vorhandenes Beziehungsnetzwerk in den Industrien Automobil, Maschinenbau, Aeorospace & Defense oder Consumer Products.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im digitalen Umfeld.
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
