Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, we are searching for a Strategic Partnerships Team Lead to build, manage and maintain a team of high-impact, best-in-class Account Managers tasked with growing the affiliate channel within the GetYourGuide Brand Organization. This is a key position to deliver 10x growth over the next 2-3 years. In addition to driving revenue growth, you'll lead complex sales processes in coordination with the wider Strategic Partnerships Team, regularly present internally and externally, work closely with the Partner Tech and Product Teams and build strategies to leverage affiliate relationships for opportunities to build the GetYourGuide Brand globally.

Our mission is to enable awareness, trust, and conversion of GetYourGuide products by marketing through influential and relevant partner brands. We aspire to be the leading affiliate partner for tours and activities within the travel industry. This position enables GetYourGuide to efficiently drive brand visibility and revenue while diversifying marketing revenue from other channels. The Strategic Partnership team works with branded publishers, airlines/transit companies, OTAs, and loyalty partners with the likes of Lonely Planet, Spirit Airlines, Expedia, and KAYAK to name a few.

**You will**:
**Team Leadership**
- Strategy: Own team goal setting: define annual key accounts strategy, quarterly OKR planning, and KPI measurement. Translate high-level Strategic Partnerships strategy into individual contributors' goals, strategies, contingency plans, etc.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management: Lead large complex cross-team projects, delegating to team members, building business cases, project managing initiatives from conception to implementation, and measuring results.
- Building and Maintaining Teams: Build and manage a high-impact, best-in-class enterprise Account Management team, establish contingency plans and talent pipeline for any and all potential personnel changes.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Develop team talent through coaching & mentoring. Build career plans and measure your team's performance against Brand competency profiles.
- Represent Strategic Partnerships: Represent the team in updates to senior internal stakeholders or holding presentations to large audiences (Friday Updates), attend conferences, and champion the team's position in the industry as a best-in-class affiliate solution. Positively represent GetYourGuide to the travel and technology industries through regular presence at industry events such as in-person and virtual conferences or trade shows, and active participation through professional social networks such as LinkedIn and local industry organizations.

**Account Management**
- Ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as their dedicated relationship manager.
- Working closely with the Sales, Strategy, Tech, Brand, and Business Operations Team to scale Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts globally.
- (Co)-develop a key accounts growth strategy that increases the GYG share of wallet among affiliate partners.
- Analyze data in order to proactively identify short to long-term opportunities. Create action plans to drive the partner's revenue growth and ensure the execution of it.
- MBR and QBR (Monthly/quarterly business reviews) and forecasting
- Basic ROI calculations
- Regular participation and leadership in team events.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time.

**Who you are**:

- You are physically located in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value weekly in person collaboration in our office in Prenzlauer Berg.
- You have 6+ years prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and/or Management Consulting, ideally in an online environment. Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Marketing strategy: Understanding of general digital marketing. Can translate strategy into their own initiatives which drive impact.
- Data-driven: Understands marketing and finance KPIs, iteration, and optimization.
- Stakeholder management: Knows how to effectively & independently communicate and influence stakeholders.
- Resourceful: Hands-on willing to test and learn rapidly. Experience in reaching & overachieving quarterly targets.
