We have an exciting opportunity for a Country Sales Leader for a brand new position to manage our Germany Sales Business.

As the Country Sales Leader for Germany, you will be responsible for implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and margin growth across the country. Managing a team of sales professionals, you will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational objectives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales business in the country.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive country level sales strategy aligned with the regional strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales force.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the country.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team & category management teams to develop effective campaigns that are suited to the target customer or channel.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular market feedback to the executive team for strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Proven track record of at in sales leadership roles, preferably in a distributor or electrical wholesaler or similar B2B sales environment
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Ability to drive a sales culture and margin growth mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
