You actively support interested parties on their way from potential customers to active users of our products and services
You are responsible for the operative onboarding and rollout process of our most important international customers
You are in daily contact with our clients, build up an excellent feeling for their needs and develop strong client relationships
You support the implementation of our solution in European countries and actively drive the international expansion
You continuously identify digitization and optimization potentials to improve customer experience and scalability

What should you bring along?
You have a customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and professional experience (e.g. through internships), ideally in the areas of sales, customer success or account management
You are an organizational talent and setting priorities is no problem for you and you have great communication skills
You are self-motivated and see new challenges as an opportunity for further development
You are ready for new, creative ways and want to contribute in a dynamic, fast growing environment
You have very good English skills for communication with our international team and clients, German, French or Spanish skills would be nice to have
