Customer Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations by providing administrative support and ensuring the day-to-day business of customer service runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers, and manufacturers.
- Act as the main point of contact for complaints processing.
- Provide support to our agents regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns.
- Ensure cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management.
- Contribute to the continuous development of internal processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area.
- Fluency in French and German, along with proficient English skills.
- Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills.
- Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality.
- Enjoyment in working with manufacturers and suppliers to handle complaints in a customer-oriented manner.
