Diese Herausforderungen übernehmen Sie
- Sie tragen zur Erstellung eines Gesamtangebots gemäß den Standards des Kunden bei und gewährleisten die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards
- Als erfahrener Projektkoordinator steuern und überwachen Sie die gesamte Projektabwicklung. Dabei behalten Sie Budgets, Zeitpläne und Qualitätsziele im Blick
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung technischer Kundenfragen und übernehmen die Prüfung von Problemstellungen im Hinblick auf konstruktive Lösungen. Hier stimmen Sie sich eng mit den Fachabteilungen ab
- Sie führen detaillierte Aufwandsanalysen aufgrund der ausgewählten Lösungen durch, um eine präzise Kostenkalkulation zu gewährleisten
- Die Vorstrukturierung von Projektbausteinen, die detaillierte Unter
- und Gliederung von Arbeitsschritten sowie die präzise Beschreibung technischer Details fallen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Anwendung verschiedener PC-Anwendungen, darunter Angebotserstellung, Dokumentenprüfung, Auslastungsplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Zeitplanung. Dabei kommen auch kundenspezifische Standards zum Einsatz

Unsere Erwartungen an Sie
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich mit Fachausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage Ihres Fachwissens
- Idealerweise haben Sie ein Hochschulstudium im technischen Bereich abgeschlossen, was Ihre fachliche Expertise weiter vertieft hat
- Mit einer Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Position bringen Sie ein fundiertes Know-how mit
- Die deutsche oder europäische Staatsbürgerschaft ist aufgrund branchenspezifischer Anforderungen erforderlich
- Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten unterstützen Sie in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen Ihnen eine reibungslose Kommunikation
- Ihre Bereitschaft, sich in bisher unbekannte Tools und PC-Anwendungen einzuarbeiten sowie kontinuierlich weiterzubilden, unterstreicht Ihre Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel, was Ihnen erlaubt ist, souverän mit den erforderlichen Softwareanwendungen umzugehen
