**Your Mission**

As an Executive Assistant in our digital agency, your mission will be to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence through proactive business development, meticulous project coordination, and streamlined business operations. We invite you to bring your collaborative spirit, innovative mindset, and efficient approach to drive the success of our projects and initiatives.

**Your Challenges**
- **Business Development**:_
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce the agency's services, build relationships, and explore business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the founders to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
- **Project Coordination**:_
- Assist the founders in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, event management, organizing project files, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including status reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- **Business Operations**:_
- Work closely with the founders and HR to develop and implement streamlined procedures and standard operating protocols across different departments or functions.
- Continuously monitor and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Support financial administration tasks, including invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Work with the founders and external tax partner to prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track expenses, revenue, and profitability.

**About You**
- Work experience in related fields such as Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, and/or Project Management
- Analytical mindset with experience utilizing accounting or project management software
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Excellent verbal & written communication in both English German
