**LOT Lead Server Infrastructure (*)**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- As LOT Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Server Infrastructure team, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new team members
- You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the team and are responsible for the design and development of the team identity
- Manage and achieve operational KPIs
- You drive ongoing enhancements by identifying efficiency opportunities and lead seamless transitions during the implementation of new processes and tools
- You identify and address potential risks to maintain operational stability while also evaluating emerging technologies for potential operational improvements
**Your background**:
- Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
- With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them - across all hierarchical levels
- You have extensive experience in managing Server Infrastructure and Applications Operation and are aware of current trends
- You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
