**LOT Lead Service and License Management (*)**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- As LOT Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Service and License Management Team, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new team members
- You manage and achieve operational KPIs
- You actively contribute your expertise in service and license management
- You ensure software license compliance through effective tracking, monitoring, and reporting
- You utilize Lean methodologies to streamline service delivery processes, standardize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
- You enhance resource allocation, utilization, and cost optimization to boost overall effectiveness in resource management
**Your background**:
- Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style and includes strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them - across all hierarchical levels
- You have extensive experience in service and license management and are aware of current trends
- You understand the alignment between IT and company’s business goals
- You understand the principal of a Service value chain
- You have strong analytical skills as well as your pragmatic and action-oriented way of working
