Für die Leitung spezifischer IT-Infrastrukturthemen suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT-Experten (m/w/d), der unsere internationalen Kunden und Standorte der Division Primary Packaging Glass (PPG) bei der Einführung und Einhaltung gruppenweiter IT-Prozesse, Standards und Services unterstützt. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört u.a.:
Steuerung und Integration des 1st Level Supports und lokaler IT Services innerhalb der PPG in Europa und Asien Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der lokal ansässigen Local Site Administratoren Du stellst den Betrieb und die Unterstützung der lokalen Infrastruktur (Rechnerräume, Zutrittskontrollen, Zeiterfassung etc.) sicher Management von KPIs zur Steuerung des PPG IT Betriebs Projektleitung für mehrere oder einzelne BU-spezifische IT Lösungen innerhalb von PPG Beratung des Fachbereiches hinsichtlich möglicher Lösungsszenarien Vorantreiben von Innovationen für organisatorische oder technische Themen in Abstimmung mit der Global IT und dem Global Head of IT Infrastructure Unterstützung der PPG IT Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung sowie monatlicher Kostenüberwachung Investitionsmanagement für PPG IT Infrastrukturthemen in Europa und Asien
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der kooperativen Führung von virtuellen und internationalen Teams Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Implementierung und im Support weltweiter IT Infrastruktur im internationalen Umfeld (Workplace, Printer, Netzwerk, Data Center, Server, IT Security, etc.); vorzugsweise im Produktionsumfeld Kenntnisse in der IT Governance sowie im Management von IT Services und Support Ausgeprägte globale Perspektive, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Konfliktfähigkeit Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auch auf Managementebene „Hands-On“ Mentalität setzen wir voraus Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Reisbereitschaft (-
