**Key focus areas are**
- Development and implementation of strategies to optimize the inbound supply chain.
- Responsibility for planning, monitoring and coordinating the flow of materials from the supplier to the assembly line
- Ensuring the timely and cost-efficient procurement of materials.
- Responsibility for the timely planning of assembly processes.
- Coordination and planning of assembly capacities, considering deadlines and material availability
- Ensuring the configuration of assembly orders in accordance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Implement systems to continuously monitor and adjust assembly plans based on changes in demand or supply chain conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.
- Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure delivery capability.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels to avoid overstocking and material shortages.
- Implementing best practices in inventory management, including safety stocks and just-in-time deliveries.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce lead times and identify trends and problem areas.
- Leading and developing a team of supply chain employees.
- Producing regular reports and presentations as part of management to support decision making.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal guidelines.
- Identifying and managing risks within the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with CSC/CFC structure.
- Utilize cross-functional collaboration within the group and with external consultants.
- Safeguard the success in internal and external audits.
- Be a visible ambassador for our company values and the business code of conduct.

**Strong skills**
- You are committed, like to take on responsibility and want to gain a deep insight into supply chain work. Ideally, you have the following skills:
- You have a bachelor or master´s degree in Business Administration, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable course of study.
- You would like to work in an international environment and ideally have multiple years of practical experience in similar positions.
- You enjoy teamwork and are enthusiastic about a wide range of tasks.
- Sound knowledge of materials management, inventory management and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- High level of initiative, problem solving and organizational skills.
- You have good communication skills, show initiative and work independently and in a structured manner.
- Your Microsoft Office skills are very good.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
