**Über die Rolle**:
Als Commercial Management Assistant (all genders) unterstützt du Sales Director & Marketing Director und deren Lead Team in organisatorischen Aufgaben jeglicher Art und bist u.a. für folgende Bereiche verantwortlich:
Meeting-organisation:
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation der vierteljährlichen Key Account Management-Meetings inkl. Budgetkontrolle sowie Deployment Meetings und Townhalls
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation von Verkaufstreffen/Workshops für Sales & Marketing inkl. Budgetkontrolle
- Teilnahme an SLT/MLT Meetings - Protokollieren sowie Nachverfolgung von Action Points
- Verwaltung/ Zeitmanagement der Kalenders der Sales & Marketing Directors DACH
Reiseorganisation:
- Reisemanagement von Sales & Marketing Leadership Team-Mitgliedern
- Visa-Unterstützung
Budgetkontrolle Fixkosten:
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung/Verwaltung von kommerziellen Fixkostenverkäufen in Abstimmung mit Finance
Veranstaltungsmanagement und Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Organisation von Company Events, wie Weihnachtsfeier, Social Events, Incentive Trips - inkl. Budgetkontroller
- Organisation der jährlichen Sales Konferenz - inkl. Budgetkontrolle
- Organisation sowie aktive Teilnahme an Purpose Council für Social Responsibility Projekten für Deutschland
**Die Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten, die wir suchen**:
- mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Sales/Marketing Assistance eines internationalen Unternehmens - präferiert im FMCG Bereich
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise in einem Industriekonzern
- sehr gute Organisation-Skills
- Hands-on Mentalität sowie sehr gute Networking und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - in Englisch und Deutsch
- sehr gute Office Kenntisse (MS Excel, PowerPoint und Co.)
