**About the role**:
Embark on a career where you can influence the financial success of Reckitt by becoming our next Controller. In this pivotal role, you'll play an important commercial finance role within the DACH region with focus on the Swiss market. You’ll be the Business partner to commercial teams focused on delivering profitable financial growth, optimising investments and supporting financial operations.Your expertise will not only contribute to the soundness of our accounts but also help drive the company forward through insightful analysis and strategic risk management. **Your responsibilities**:

- Commercial decision modelling and support for key initiatives including new product launches, pricing, promotional investment for category leading brands
- Supervision of pricing and promotional trade investment activities, budgeting and invoice control
- Ownership of key month-end and year-end financial management, financial reporting and monthly analysis
- Support annual financial planning and forecasting cycles for Swiss business
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to improve promotional & volume planning and evaluate performance through return-on-investment analysis
- Master data maintenance, assisting with price queries and customer disputes
- Preparation of ad-hoc requests for the sales team and generation of monthly reporting with advanced analyses
- Proactive communication between Finance and Sales team and across the other finance teams in the Region

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Bachelor degree or solid commercial education
- Accounting qualifications or certificates
- Minimum of 2 years of professional finance experience
- Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
- Experience in FMCG environment: Branded Consumer Goods companies
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- High affinity for IT, SAP knowledge and experience with planning and reporting tools as a plus
- Experience of process development and implementation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a highly dynamic and changing environment
- Team Player with a highly proactive approach
- High levels of ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset
