**of Operations**. Die Stelle berichtet direkt an die Geschäftsführung

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du managst eine schnell wachsende Abteilung aus momentan 5 Mitarbeiter*innen
- Du legst die Grundlage, um die Abteilung auf mehrere Teams wachsen zu lassen.
- Du koordinierst die Wechselprozesse und Support-Anfragen sowohl von Strom
- als auch Direktvermarktungskund*innen.
- Durch den perfekten Prozessablauf stellst Du eine hohe Kund*innenzufriedenheit sicher
- Du koordinierst die Interaktion sowohl mit unseren B2B-Kund*innen als auch den Marktpartner*innen wie z.B. Netz
- und Messstellenbetreiber*innen.
- Du koordinierst Kund*innenanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
- Du stehst im ständigen Austausch mit Markt
- und Projektpartner*innen
- Du gewährleistest einen optimalen Personaleinsatz durch effektive Personalplanung unter Beachtung der Leistungsvorgaben
- Du monitorst die Prozess Performance anhand von KPIs und realisierst laufend Verbesserungen sowohl der Prozesse als auch der Metriken
- Du trägst zur Verbesserung unserer Softwareplattform in Zusammenarbeit mit den Product Owner

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast dein abgeschlossenes Studium oder bist ein erfolgreicher Quereinsteiger in dem Operations oder Kunden-Support Bereich
- Du hast bereits Kundensupport oder Operations skaliert
- Du weißt wie man High-Performing Teams bildet und weiterentwickelt
- Du kommunizierst offen und zielgerichtet.
- Erfahrung mit energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung beim Umsetzen von Verbesserungen mit dem OKR Modell sind ein Plus.
