Founded in 2018, VIVERE embarked on a mission to revolutionize the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry with our cutting-edge, data-driven strategies and relentless pursuit of innovation. As a trailblazer in the FMCG domain, our achievements include the successful launch of over 15 brands and 300 products across diverse markets, including beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. Our unique, vertically integrated model combines expertise in marketing, design, research and development (R&D), production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. We leverage a mix of sales channels such as Amazon, our proprietary e-commerce platform, and third-party retailers, and have established VIVERE as a comprehensive incubator for celebrated creators and global brands across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

For our production facility in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a Mandatory Regulatory Affairs Intern (f/m/x).

Tasks
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
- Investigate regulatory requirements for various markets.
- Prepare and review for EU and US markets SDS, PIF and product labeling.
- Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory internship for Bachelor
- or Masterstudents in Regulatory Affairs Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical, or any other related field
- Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics and BPR
- Experience in preparation of SDS, as well as other safety & compliance topics is a plus
- Fluency in English mandatory, German is a plus
- Self-motivated, passionate in the regulatory field
- Very good team player who also enjoys working individually
- You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany
