**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Führung, Steuerung Motivation und Coaching der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
- fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der KundenbetreuerInnen
- Identifizierung und Umsetzung von notwendigen und geeigneten Trainingsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Performance Management Team
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der geltenden Verfahrens-und Arbeitsanweisungen

Steuerung der Geschäftsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Verfahrensanweisungen:

- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle von korrekt abgebildeten Stamm
- und Bewegungsdaten sowie Kontrakt
- und Preisspeicherungen
- Sicherstellung der richtigen Umsetzung aller gemäß des Aufgabenbereiches zugeordneten Geschäftsprozesse u.a. des Reklamationsmanagement, Forderungsmanagement ,Fakturaprozesses und des Monatsabschlusses (European Invoicing Guide), Inventuren, Insolvenzen sowie sonstige Anliegen
- Customer Experience: Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit, u.a. via “transactional survey” und “close the loop”- actions
- Eskalationsinstanz in schwierigen Gesprächssituationen mit Kunden
- Durchführung von effizienten Outbound Kampagnen (Bsp. Ziel Push Digitalisierung,...)
- Genehmigungen im definierten Umfang (gemäß Wertgrenzen
- und Unterschriftenrichtlinie) sowie Prüfungen im Rahmen definierter Compensatory Controls

Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb des zuständigen Aufgabengebietes
- Weiterentwicklung der existierenden Prozesse Schaffung neuer digitaler, einfacher und effizienterer Abläufe im Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Team

weitere Verantwortlichkeiten und projektbezogene Aufgaben*
- Leitung und Koordination von internen Projekten
- Key User für das integrierte ERP System
- Erstellung eines kennzahlenbasiertes Reporting
