**This is how your day could look like**
- Administrative support to the implementation and data transfer for the new CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) tool;
- Administrative support to the implementation and data transfer for the new Physical Access Management tool;
- Administrative support to the Project Management of Large Infrastructure Projects;
- Minute taking in meetings, including transcription from German to English language;
- Support projects for the improvement of processes and services of the General Services Division, including its contribution to the client's digitalization initiative.
**Your wealth of experience**
- Secretarial or administrative qualification/training and proven admin support experience in a multi-lingual and/or international environment;
- Fluency in English and knowledge of German;
- Ability to communicate effectively with international staff on all levels;
- Strong support and user orientation;
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of team working;
- Full secondary education, practical/vocational qualifications relating to role.
