**Internship als Founders Associate (m/w/d).**

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist die rechte Hand unseres CEOs und unterstützt ihn und das Management-Team proaktiv - sowohl inhaltlich als auch organisatorisch
- Du bist in die strategische Planung des Management
- und Gründerteams eingebunden, formst die Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mit und unterstützt im Aufbau von administrativen und organisatorischen Unternehmensprozessen
- Du hilfst bei der Integration neuer Partnerpraxen und der Standardisierung individueller Praxisprozesse mit
- Du garantierst die Umsetzung unserer strategischen Ausrichtung in den Partnerpraxen
- Du übernimmst die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, von Veranstaltungen und Telefonkonferenzen inkl. Protokollführung

Dein Profil
- Du bist immatrikuliert in den Bereichen der Medizin
- und/oder Gesundheitsökonomie, Zahnmedizin, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Rechtswissenschaft, hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Hospitality Bereich absolviert
- Du suchst nach einem Praktikum, um dein Wissen an der Schnittstelle der Wirtschaft und des Gesundheitswesens anzuwenden und zu vertiefen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
