Role Overview
As a Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d) at EDURINO, you will work closely with our visionary chief of staff, co-founders, and a variety of stakeholders across departments to assist in scaling our innovative business. This position offers a unique chance to gain practical experience, learn from experienced entrepreneurs with a growth-oriented mindset, and enhance your entrepreneurial skills through diverse projects within our vibrant organization.

- ... acquiring firsthand knowledge on scaling a Series A startup.

- Collaborate closely with the chief of staff and co-founders (former BCG consultants) to support strategic planning for our learning application and hardware.
- Initiate and lead your own strategic and operational projects across various topics, including identifying and establishing new business partnerships, taking full ownership of their progression.
- Assume responsibility from day one in shaping the strategy and growth trajectory of an emerging edtech startup through your ideas and initiatives.
- Currently enrolled as a student, available for a full-time internship lasting 3-6 months.
- Advanced student in management, business, economics, or a related field with outstanding academic performance.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, strategy consulting, investment banking) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently, possessing a hands-on approach with a goal-oriented mindset and a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong analytical skills, driven by data, and a passion for problem-solving.
- Proactive communicator, fluent in English, and comfortable engaging with an international and intercultural team.
