PANELY ermöglicht Mieter*innen und Eigentümer*innen von Mehrfamilienhäusern und Gewerbeimmobilien, Solarstrom vom eigenen Dach zu beziehen.

Mieter*innen sparen dabei nicht nur bares Geld, sondern tragen dabei ihren Teil zur Energiewende bei. Unser Modell ist besonders flexibel und lässt sich auf nahezu alle Eigentumsverhältnisse und Mehrfamilienhäuser anwenden.

Als Komplettanbieter übernehmen wir alle nötigen Schritte, um die Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach zu installieren und die Mieter*innen mit dem erzeugten Strom vom eigenen Dach zu versorgen.

Zur Unterstützung des Gründerteams suchen wir einen Founders Associate, der uns operativ und strategisch in verschiedensten Themen ergänzt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du arbeitest Seite an Seite mit dem Gründerteam
- Du unterstützt das Gründerteam in der strategischen Entwicklung des Unternehmens
- Du unterstützt unser operatives Projektgeschäft der Pilotprojekte
- Du unterstützt die Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Finanzierungsrunde
- Du begleitest den Produktentwicklungsprozess
- Du baust unsere internen Prozesse auf

- Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und kannst fließend Englisch
