We are **WORKER**BASE - an ambitious team working on an innovative software platform that helps digitize manual working processes. So far, we gained trust with Fortune 500 companies such as Porsche, Siemens, Gazelle Bikes, and many others, who are using our platform to optimize their workflows. We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.

Now we need a **Founders Associate **to help us reach the next milestone.

**Have full ownership over projects**
- You will own projects from start to finish, and will be supported in your proactive endeavours

**Work directly with our founding team**
- You will work closely with our founders to ensure maximum visibility and impact

**Collaborate with and learn from multiple departments**
- You will have the opportunity to work with various departments and learn about different fields

- Participating in **strategic decision-making** and planning with our founders
- Assisting in the creation of **business plans, presentations, and investor materials**
- Being involved in **all parts of our business activities**, including investor presentations
- Kicking off and executing high-impact **projects** and have real **ownership**
- Ensuring founders’ **priorities** are met, **organizational goals** are achieved, and **best practices** are upheld
