Role Overview
As a Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d) at EDURINO, you will work closely with our chief of staff and co-founders, engaging with various stakeholders across departments to help propel our transformative business forward. This role offers a rare chance to gain practical experience, learn from experienced entrepreneurs, and hone your entrepreneurial skills through diverse projects within our vibrant organization.

- Insights into scaling a Series A startup.
- Contributions to strategy and growth initiatives at EDURINO.
- Support in transforming early childhood education through an innovative product.
- Collaborate with the chief of staff and co-founders to assist in strategic planning for our learning app and hardware.
- Initiate and manage your own strategic and operational projects, taking full ownership of their progress.
- Contribute ideas and projects that shape the strategy and growth of our emerging edtech startup from day one.
- Currently enrolled as a student, available for a full-time internship lasting 3-6 months.
- Advanced studies in management, business, economics, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment such as startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
- Proactive, goal-oriented individual with a hands-on approach and an autonomous working style.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable engaging with an international and intercultural team.
