**Program Coordinator Incubator (m/w/d)**

im Großraum Stuttgart

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die von Ihnen begleiteten Programme und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung, Durchführung, Kommunikation, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Programme.
- Sie sorgen für die nötige Struktur in den einzelnen Programmen und koordinieren verschiedene Termine, Inhalte, Maßnahmen und Meilensteine und überwachen die relevanten KPI's.
- Sie unterstützen die Programmverantwortlichen unseres Partners bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten und helfen bei der Verwaltung der Systeme wie Hubspot, Notion und Slack; immer mit dem Ziel eine reibungslose Nutzererfahrung zu garantieren.
- Sie sind an der Entwicklung von Inhalten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Programme beteiligt.
- Sie verstehen sich als Brückenbauer (m/w/d) für unsere Talente in den von Ihnen begleiteten Programmen, unterstützen sie dabei in unserer Community anzukommen und vernetzen sie innerhalb unseres Ökosystems, um damit eine Plattform für Kooperation und nachhaltiges Netzwerken zu schaffen.
- Um unsere einzigartigen Startup Programme in die Welt zu tragen, unterstützen Sie das Marketing-Team unseres Partners, um unter anderem spannenden Content über die Arbeit in unseren Programmen zu erstellen, der Talente und Startups zur Bewerbung auf das Programm veranlasst.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine solide berufliche Qualifikation, sei es in Form einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung oder eines erfolgreich absolvierten Studiums, die Sie optimal auf Ihre neue Rolle als Programmkoordinator (m/w/d) vorbereitet hat.
- Sie bringen erste Erfahrung im Innovationsbereich mit und haben in diesem Rahmen erste Einzelpersonen oder Teams im Rahmen von Coachings begleitet.
- Es schreckt Sie nicht ab in mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig tätig zu sein, damit Sie jederzeit den Überblick behalten und die relevanten Ziele verfolgen
- Sie sind eine proaktiv kommunizierende Persönlichkeit, die lösungsorientiert denkt und handelt.
- Ihnen fällt es leicht nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen und verfügen über ein gutes Gespür zur Identifikation von Bedürfnissen unserer Nutzer und Kunden.
- Sie verfügen über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Freude an Interkulturalität. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise haben Sie erste Erfahrungen in (frühphasigen) Start-Ups um die Anforderungen eines Start-Ups zu verstehen.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Halten von Vorträgen sowie in der Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
