Site Coordinator

Magellan Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Site Coordinator to support the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) efforts in Stuttgart, Germany. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support, analytics, and coordination of services to ensure the success of the installation Army Community Services FAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the installation Family Advocacy Program Manager (FAPM) with coordination and implementation of all FAP efforts, providing administrative and analytical support to the installation ACS FAP.
- Support the development and implementation of FAP-related trainings, including Problematic Sexual Behavior-Child and Youth (PSBCY), Incident Determination Committee-Clinical Case Staff Meeting (IDC CCSM), Victim Advocacy, New Parent Support, and Taskers.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary staff and installation agencies as required.
- Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures, Memoranda of Understanding, and Memoranda of Agreements using Department of Army (DA) regulations.
- Represent the FAPM in coordinating with county and state agencies for FAP-related activities and Memoranda of Agreement and Understanding.
- Analyze family violence statistics for installation reporting purposes and present to senior leadership.
- Manage quality control for FAP reporting structures and ensure completeness/accuracy of reports.
- Coordinate, schedule, provide logistical support, perform administrative functions, and maintain calendars.
- Support program-related meetings, including taking and completing meeting minutes.
- Maintain the FAP annual and monthly training rosters.
- Assist with maintaining certification files, checklists, and preparation for certification review.
- Provide initial client/customer-facing triage to ascertain appropriate FAP referral.
- Coordinate and facilitate periodic DA installation certification process.
- Conduct IDC CCSM, PSBY-CY training for DA and contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with DA directives.
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or related field.
- 3 years of family violence experience.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly skilled in all components of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required contract security and installation security and background check requirements.
