At **prosperity solutions** we're tackling this problem - the so called _pension gap_ - through digital experiences.

We are looking for an **eager Lead for our Growth and Retention team** (all genders) anywhere in Germany (remote). This position is full-time.

**What does a Team Lead Growth & Retention do at Prosperity Solutions?**

You have a strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and data analytics to guide our performance and scale success.

**The Skills we are looking for**:

- Proven leadership experience in **Growth & Retention Marketing**, especially within B2B environments
- Expertise in designing and implementing partner lifecycle strategies that optimize retention, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value
- Proficiency with **CRM systems** (such as Salesforce) and **marketing automation tools**:

- A strong track record in **data-driven decision-making**, including A/B testing, analytics, and continuous optimization
- Ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution

**The Person we are looking for**:

- You’re a strategic thinker, but you don’t hesitate to dive into details
- You execute pragmatically, focused on delivering results, but think in principles when it comes to strategy and creating processes
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- You enjoy taking ownership and feel comfortable with a dynamic, ever-evolving role
- You have an agile, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset

**Hard Requirements**:
Besides what was described in prose above, yes, we do have some hard requirements.
- Existing EU work permit
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German
- Primary residence in Germany

We pay voluntary company-wide bonuses of an estimated 3-10%, if business performance permits, with a 100% track-record of doing so since 2019. We are in the process of making these goal-based, too.
