  • Personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Teams und der Team Mitglieder
  • Management und Steuerung des Teams mittels KPIs
  • Einsatzplanung der Teammitglieder in den Kundenprojekten
  • Betreuen und Weiterentwickeln der Kunden in der Region (u. a. durch Kundengespräche, Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen, Klärung von Beauftragungen) gemeinsam mit Head of Region, Project Managern und weiteren Team Managern
  • Operative Unterstützung von Team und Projektteam
  • Project Controlling
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
Deine Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Redaktion
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (intern und extern)
