Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product development and innovation for Tier 1/distribution channel customers across Europe, particularly in the area of passive components, such as inductors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for Europe, including market research, technical trend analysis, and benchmarking
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop products that meet their requirements
- Interface with our headquarters and factories in Japan to ensure alignment and coordination
- Support sales teams during customer meetings and design-ins
- Provide daily support for technical and commercial inquiries
Requirements
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Experience in electronics, either on component or application level
- Background in technical product marketing, technical sales, or a similar position
- Preferably experience in the automotive and/or distribution market
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English, conversational in German
- Willingness to travel
- Driver's license required
