We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our distribution accounts across Europe and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding our market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our product marketing and business development teams to create and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Pan-European distribution accounts and global key customers
* Direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products
* Create, implement, and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategies by product, region, and market
* Increase sales and market share for Panasonic products
* Ensure customer satisfaction and create win-win partnerships
* Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between Panasonic and customers
* Report defined KPIs on a regular basis

Requirements:

* Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales-driven position, preferably within distribution or at a manufacturer
* Commercial understanding, know-how of passive components desirable
* Solution-orientation, customer focus, and accountability
* Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven, and proactive
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel
* Driver's license required
