Rollenzuweisungen und Aufgaben im Recruiting und Human Capital Management Vertretung von EagleBurgmann in Freudenberg-Communities und Projektgruppen zum Thema Recruiting und Human Capital Management Mitwirkung an der Initiative „Workday Skill-Up“ - ein Austausch von Erkenntnissen und Erfahrungen innerhalb der EagleBurgmann HR-Community Unterstützung des Headcount-Reportings, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität gemäß den Freudenberg Best Practices, Überwachung des Dashboards sowie Unterstützung bei Datenkorrekturen und Organisation von Datenqualitätsüberprüfungen mit anderen EagleBurgmann-Einheiten Unterstützung des Onboardings neuer HR-Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen HR-Abteilung sowie Koordination von Schnittstellen mit der IT-Abteilung Ihr Profil Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise mit Workday-Erfahrung Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, starke Geschäftspartnerschaften aufzubauen und in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld funktionsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten Erfahrung mit der strikten Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit von Daten und Informationen Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgezeichneten Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und nachgewiesener Fähigkeit, mit Veränderungen umzugehen Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, in einer globalen und vielfältigen Unternehmenskultur zu arbeiten Beherrschung der Office 365-Tools sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
