Position Overview:
The HR Systems Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the global HR team by facilitating the integration and support of the HR system 'Workday' along with other HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level assistance for various issues and tasks related to the HR system 'Workday' and other HR systems.
- Contribute to the management and standardization of global HR workflows, including role assignments and tasks in recruitment and human capital management.
- Act as a representative for EagleBurgmann in Freudenberg communities and project groups focusing on recruitment and human capital management initiatives.
- Engage in the 'Workday Skill-Up' initiative, fostering knowledge exchange and sharing experiences within the EagleBurgmann HR community.
- Assist in headcount reporting, ensuring data integrity in line with Freudenberg Best Practices, while monitoring dashboards and facilitating data corrections and quality checks with other EagleBurgmann units.
- Support the onboarding process for new HR personnel in collaboration with local HR departments and coordinate with the IT department for necessary interfaces.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in human resources, ideally with experience in Workday.
- Proven ability to establish strong business partnerships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality of data and information.
- A structured approach to work with exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated ability to adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working within a global and diverse corporate culture.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools and strong presentation skills in both German and English.
