Position Overview:

The HR Systems Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the global HR team by overseeing the integration and support of the HR system 'Workday' along with other HR platforms. This position involves addressing various issues and tasks while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level support for the HR system 'Workday' and assist with other HR systems to resolve issues effectively.
  • Facilitate the management and standardization of global HR processes, including role assignments and tasks related to recruitment and human capital management.
  • Act as a representative for EagleBurgmann in Freudenberg communities and project groups, focusing on topics of recruitment and human capital management.
  • Engage in the 'Workday Skill-Up' initiative, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration within the EagleBurgmann HR community.
  • Assist in headcount reporting, ensuring adherence to data quality standards as per Freudenberg Best Practices, while monitoring dashboards and coordinating data quality checks with other units.
  • Support the onboarding process for new HR personnel in collaboration with local HR departments and coordinate with IT for interface management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in human resources, ideally with experience in Workday.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong business partnerships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in maintaining confidentiality of data and information.
  • A structured approach to work, complemented by excellent project management skills and adaptability to change.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to working within a global and diverse corporate culture.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools and strong presentation skills in both German and English.
