Position Overview:
The HR Systems Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the global HR team by overseeing the integration and support of the HR system 'Workday' and other related HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for various issues and tasks related to the HR system 'Workday' and additional HR systems.
- Assist in the governance and standardization of global HR processes, including role assignments and recruitment tasks.
- Act as a representative for EagleBurgmann in Freudenberg communities and project groups focused on recruitment and human capital management.
- Engage in the 'Workday Skill-Up' initiative, facilitating knowledge sharing and experience exchange within the EagleBurgmann HR community.
- Support headcount reporting efforts, ensuring data integrity in line with Freudenberg Best Practices, and monitor dashboards while coordinating data quality checks with other EagleBurgmann units.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new HR employees in collaboration with local HR departments and manage interfaces with the IT department.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in human resources, ideally with experience in Workday.
- Proven ability to foster strong business partnerships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality of data and information.
- A structured approach to work with exceptional project management skills and a proven ability to adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to working within a global and diverse corporate culture.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools and effective presentation skills in both German and English.
