HR Systems Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the functionality of our HR systems and provide assistance to global HR teams in integrating the "Workday" HR system through first and second level support.
  • Manage and standardize global HR workflows, including role assignments and tasks related to recruitment and human capital management.
  • Act as a representative of EagleBurgmann in internal Freudenberg project groups focused on recruitment and human capital management.
  • Assist in headcount reporting, ensuring data integrity in accordance with Freudenberg best practices and facilitating necessary data corrections.
  • Coordinate with other EagleBurgmann units to organize a standardized review of data quality and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the local HR department to provide guidance and support to new HR personnel and manage the interfaces with the IT department.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in HR, preferably with experience in Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships and work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with maintaining strict confidentiality regarding data and information.
  • Possess a structured approach to work, complemented by excellent project management skills and knowledge of change management.
  • Understanding of working within a global and diverse corporate culture, along with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools and fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
