Position Overview:
The HR Systems Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the global HR team by facilitating the integration and functionality of the HR system 'Workday' alongside other HR platforms. This position is responsible for providing first and second-level assistance for various inquiries and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and standardization of worldwide HR processes, including role assignments and tasks related to recruitment and human capital management.
- Act as a representative for EagleBurgmann in various communities and project groups focused on recruitment and human capital management initiatives.
- Engage in the 'Workday Skill-Up' initiative, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration within the EagleBurgmann HR community.
- Support headcount reporting by ensuring data integrity in accordance with Freudenberg Best Practices, monitoring dashboards, and facilitating data corrections while organizing quality checks with other EagleBurgmann units.
- Assist in onboarding new HR personnel in collaboration with local HR departments and coordinate with IT departments to ensure smooth integration.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in human resources, ideally with experience in Workday.
- Proven ability to establish strong business partnerships and collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality of data and information.
- Structured approach to work with exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to working in a global and diverse corporate culture.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools and strong presentation skills in both German and English.
