Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our independent brokers, offering support in their daily interactions with real estate buyers and sellers.
  • Onboard new clients to our platform including helping build their profiles and explaining how the RealAdvisor platform works.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to new client.
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients to ensure long-term success and contract renewal.
  • Assist with basic technical and billing support.


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, Swiss-German is even better.
  • Strong phone presence and composure.
  • Exceptional organizational and self-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology tools and a willingness to learn quickly.
