Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) at XO Life

What do we look for?

We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to onboard our pharmaceutical clients to our SaaS solution and ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate is organized, client-oriented, and experienced in customer success or account management.


What are your responsibilities?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their successful onboarding and continued satisfaction with our SaaS solutions
  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to client goals and objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and client retention
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal platform usage and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and support teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to help clients maximize the value of our platform
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, such as usage rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer success strategies


What is your background?

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or digital health industry
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its unique challenges and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships our pharma clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in German and English (our work language is English but a lot of our clients speak German)
  • Education: The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Well-structured, organized and hands-on work approach
  • Resident in and right to work in the EU
