Vertriebsingenieur m/w/d

 

Sie sollten über solides technisches Verständnis der Elektronikfertigung und -prüfung verfügen und einen strukturierten Vertriebsansatz haben, um bestehende Kunden zu betreuen und das Geschäft durch die Akquisition neuer Kunden auszubauen.

 

Was erwartet Sie?

•            Entwicklung des Geschäfts in Deutschland für den zugewiesenen Geschäftsbereich.

•            Management des Vertriebs für die zugewiesenen Kunden.

•            Erstellung von Angeboten in Übereinstimmung mit der festgelegten Strategie.

•            Leitung des technischen Verkaufsprozesses, Übermittlung der Kundenanforderungen an Presales Abteilung.

•            Organisation von Demo- und Benchmarking-Aktivitäten.

•            Dokumentation Ihrer Tätigkeit im CRM (Salesforce).

•            Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den Branch Manager und Abstimmung mit dem Sales Director (Italien).

 

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

•         Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichen Bereichen

•            Eine Spezialisierung im kaufmännischen Bereich ist von Vorteil

•            Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und gute Kenntnisse in der Kundenbetreuung

•            Teamgeist, Leidenschaft für Technologie und Aufgeschlossenheit für kontinuierliches Lernen

•            Internationaler Ansatz und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Kulturen umzugehen

•            Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland und gelegentlich in der D-A-CH Region.

•            Englisch und Deutsch auf professionellem Niveau

Sales Engineer m/f/d

 

You should have a solid technical understanding of electronics manufacturing and testing and a structured sales approach to support existing customers and grow the business by acquiring new customers.

 

What can you expect?

• Develop business in Germany for the assigned business unit.

• Management of sales for the assigned customers.

• Preparation of offers in accordance with the defined strategy.

• Managing the technical sales process, communicating customer requirements to the pre-sales department.

• Organize demo and benchmarking activities.

• Documenting your activities in the CRM (Salesforce).

• Regular reporting to the Branch Manager and coordination with the Sales Director (Italy).

 

What should you bring with you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering or similar

• A specialization in the commercial field is an advantage

• Strong negotiation skills and good knowledge of customer care

• Team spirit, passion for technology and an open mind for continuous learning

• An international approach and the ability to deal with different cultures 

• Willingness to travel in Germany and occasionally in the D-A-CH region.

• English and German at a professional level
