We are currently looking for a Business Development Engineer m/w/d for New Elevator Installations in the Ettlingen to Ludwigsburg area. In this role, you will advise our customers on our new installations. You will have relevant professional experience and be passionate about sales of complex products? Then join KONE and our vision

Your Tasks: Autonomous and Varied

  • Creation of market and competition analyses, including the acquisition of new customers (cold acquisition)

  • Determination of customer needs and intensive care of our existing customers

  • Technical and commercial customer advice on our new installations

  • Calculation and preparation of offers, as well as offer presentation and follow-up

  • Autonomous leadership of contract negotiations

  • Order processing, including technical and commercial order clarification

  • Closely working with internal interfaces, e.g. our installation organization

  • Presentation of KONE solutions at customer events, trade fairs or owner meetings

Your Profile: Customer-Oriented and Tech-Savvy

  • Completed studies in business or engineering, architecture, or business administration, or a comparable education

  • Relevant professional experience and passion for sales

  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as secure German language skills

  • Sovereign appearance and high negotiation skills

  • High affinity for digital technologies

  • Willingness to travel in your sales area

  • Driving license class B
