Virtual Gibbs ist ein CAM-System für das Produktionsfräsen und -drehen, das leistungsstarke CNC-Codes liefert, um die Effizienz der Werkzeugmaschinen zu maximieren. Virtual Gibbs unterstützt das 2D- bis 5-Achsen-Fräsen, das Drehen, die Bearbeitung auf komplexen Mehrkanalmaschinen (MTM), das Landrehen (Swiss Style) sowie das Drahterodieren. Virtual Gibbs bietet ultimative Einfachheit bei der Programmierung für jede CNC-Maschine und erlaubt es den Betrieben, hochwertige Teile mit höchster Präzision und Geschwindigkeit zu liefern.
Stellenbeschreibung
Wir suchen eine(n) engagierte(n) technische(n) Pre-Sales Applikationsspezialisten/in zur technischenUnterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams. Der/die ideale Kandidat(in) sollte in Deutschland, zentral- bzw. im Süden Deutschlands ansässig sein.
Primäre Aufgaben
Durchführung von Kunden-Schulungen, vor Ort und im Schulungszentrum Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Workshops und Produktpräsentationen Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden mit technischen Fragen zu unserer Software Virtual Gibbs Beratung und Analyse bei produktspezifischen Fragen Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation Kommunikation mit dem internationalen SupportAnforderungen
Erfahrung mit der CNC-Programmierung von Fräs- und Drehmaschinen ist erforderlich, vorzugsweise auch mit komplexen Drehfräszentren, die z.B. über Gegenspindel, mehrere Kanäle und Revolver und/oder B-Achse verfügen. Langdreher-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Erfahrungen mit einem CAD/CAM-Programmiersystem sind erforderlich, idealerweise mit Virtual Gibbs. Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und systematische Arbeitsweise Gute Kommunikations- und Teamarbeitsfähigkeiten Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und SchriftBenefits:

Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated technical Pre- Sales Application Engineer to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate should be located in the Central to Southern region of Germany.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Providing training for customers, onsite and at the training centre Preparing and delivering workshops and product presentations Direct contact for customers with technical questions about our GibbsCAM / Virtual Gibbs software Consulting and analysis for product-specific questions Customer communication by telephone and in writing Communication with international supportRequirements
Experience in CNC technology with milling and turning machines, preferably with counter spindle and several tool carriers ( revolvers ) or/and B-axis is required. Swiss Style knowledge would be excellent, but not essential. Experience with a CAD/CAM programming system, ideally GibbsCAM / Virtual Gibbs, is desirable Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working Good communication and teamworking skills Flexibility and willingness to travelGood knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
