**Job Title: German-speaking Customer Success Manager**

**Location:** Munich, Germany (Hybrid Working Role)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive German-speaking Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value of our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients.
- Onboarding & Training:** Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation.
- Proactive Support:** Monitor usage, provide support and make recommendations.
- Feedback & Improvement:** Collect feedback and collaborate with teams for product enhancements.
- Renewals & Upselling:** Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Native or fluent German, excellent English.
- Experience: Proven customer success or account management experience, preferably in tech or AI.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Tech-Savvy: experience working at a technology company
- Team Player: Effective in a hybrid work environment.
