Als Head of Product bist du ein elementarer Teil des Produktteams und verantwortest diesen Bereich mit Reporting direkt an den CEO. Es handelt sich bei dem Produkt um unsere Onlineplattform (www.onehiring.com) welche das Recruiting von Morgen verändern wird

So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag als Head of Product aus:


  • Entwicklung der Product Roadmap abgeleitet aus der Unternehmensstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Umsetzung der Product Roadmap durch internes Product und Engineering Team sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Engineering, Design, Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Effektive Kommunikation des Produktstatus, der Roadmap und der erzielten Ergebnisse an das Management


Das zeichnet Dich aus:


  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und -management, vorzugsweise in der Tech- oder Recruiting- Branche
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Die Fähigkeit, eine klare Produktvision und -strategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Produktstrategien, die zu signifikantem Wachstum geführt haben
  • Die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
