Deine Verantwortlichkeiten- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung unseres Nachhaltigkeitsberatungsangebots für KMU unter Berücksichtigung der ESG-Dimensionen und relevanter Standards
- Optimierung unseres Lösungsangebots für die Klimabilanzierung
- Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Energieeffizienzberatung für Wohngebäude, insbesondere bei der Erstellung individueller Sanierungsfahrpläne
- Planung, Aufbau und Führung der Beratungsteams für die jeweiligen Produkte
- Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen für Energieberatung und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Aktive Marktbeobachtung zur Identifikation von Trends und Chancen
- Vernetzung mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie Sparkassen und regionalen Wirtschaftsförderungen
- Professionalisierung des Wissensmanagements in den Produktabteilungen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Fachveranstaltungen und Messen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Managementposition
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder Energieberatung
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Leitung von Teams
- Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Standards und Regularien (z.B. GHG-Protokoll, CSRD)
- Hohe Digitalkompetenz und IT-Affinität
- Ausgeprägte Netzwerk- und Innovationsfähigkeit
- Transformationaler Führungsstil
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
