The Role:

As a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following.

  • Design and implement a long-term marketing strategy that enhances brand presence and drives growth.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various platforms to engage and inspire the target audience.
  • Develop compelling content that effectively communicates the company’s vision and products.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitors, and gather customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with an international team, bringing your creative ideas and expertise to the table.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve goals.



The person:

The successful candidate will likely have,

  • A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, CMS).
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable energy and environmental impact.
