‍ About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team to manage DACH region.


As an integral part of N.Rich go-to-market team, you will be working with well-defined ICP and target account lists, sales intelligence data, and tools, and will be supported by the high-performing SDR team and account-led marketing campaigns.


What you'll be doing

  • Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients through personalized outreach
  • Managing incoming sales opportunities from start to finish according to sales playbooks and applying MEDDICC and other top methodologies
  • Participating in industry events and trade shows
  • Strategizing innovative ways to acquire new clients on the assigned market(s)
  • Collaborating with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams


✍️Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of successful track record in high-value SaaS sales as an Account Executive (50K ACV and above)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven track record in generating own pipeline of opportunities from personalised outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling)
  • Native or excellent German speaking and literacy skills
  • Native or excellent English speaking and literacy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to understand the client’s business needs and the industry mentality
  • At least a basic understanding of the MEDDICC methodology
  • Any Education or experience in B2B marketing or B2B digital advertising is a strong plus
  • Any experience with DACH region is a strong plus
