Aufgabengebiet
Financial Planning und Controlling für die Holding Gesellschaft der GruppeMonatliches Reporting für die Geschäftsführung und strategischen InvestorenBudgeting, Forecasting, Ad-hoc Analysen zur Holding Gesellschaft (P&L, BS, CF, Capex, FTE)Business Partner für die Abteilungsleiter in der HoldingErstellung vierteljährlicher Prognosen und Jahresbudgets. Dies umfasst auch die Planung/Prognose der Financial Statements (GuV, Bilanz, CF).Kalkulation von Budget/FCST Intercompany Management ChargesTracking von Leistungsindikatoren, Weiterentwicklung von KPI'sUnterstützung im Monatsabschluss für NomalisierungsbuchungenErstellen vierteljährlicher Berichte für die Bankengemeinschaft und KreditratingagenturenPflege der Kostenstellenstruktur Anforderungsprofil Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Finance & AccountingFundiere Erfahrung im Bereich FP&A und /oder AccountingMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen AufgabengebietErfahrung in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld von VorteilErfahrung im Bereich: Budget/FCST von P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capex, FTE (Eingabe in eine Planungstool)Accounting Verständnis nach IFRS: Financial Statements lesen und interpretieren, gutes Verständnis von GuV, Bilanz und KapitalflussrechnungFundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 und sehr gute Excel KenntnisseVertrautheit mit einer Konsolidierungs- und Planungsplattform von Vorteil (Abfrage von Finanzdaten und Abspeichern von Daten), , z.B.
