We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator, who will focus on the Property Mid-Corp Business in Multinational Insurance programs, to be based in Unterföhring or Cologne in Germany.

Your Team

At Allianz Commercial our Program Coordinators support the business by capturing and processing policy information; from submissions through to billing and collection. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.

Reporting to the Multinational Working Team Lead Reverse Flow, your primary responsibility will be to provide an efficient administrative and processing service to Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, Credit Control and our Brokers/Clients.

The Impact You Will Have

Your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting source underwriting materials to ensure all information is complete including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files and accounts.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Processing of International Insurance Programs (IIP): providing information to all involved Servicing Operating Entities (SOEs), coordinating all issues, and answering questions regarding coverage in collaboration with Underwriting
  • Orchestrating international insurance programs for the Property segment within the mid to large commercial customer space
  • Ensuring, reviewing, and completing reinsurance processes
  • Utilizing all relevant information to efficiently populate IT systems in new and renewal business
  • Tracking and reconciling premiums by utilizing system inputs and underwriting information in close collaboration with the SOEs and Accounting
  • Liaising with brokers and/or underwriters, as well as reinsurers, to ensure timely premium payments.
  • Proactively assessing and prioritizing own daily, weekly, and monthly work to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Adhering to risk management and compliance principles. Continuously monitoring and adjusting the accounts (customer relationships) within your work area and escalating as necessary
  • Developing effective working relationships with all internal and external customers, including Underwriting, Accounting, brokers, clients, and reinsurers, potentially participating in relevant internal and external meetings. Occasional interaction with customers regarding customer-specific issues.

What You'll Bring to the Role

We'd like to find someone experienced in handling the administration of multinational programs in a Corporate Financial Services context, ideally in Property.

  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thorough understanding of relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages, with some expertise in Property
  • Great time management skills, and the ability to review priorities according to need
  • Data-driven and innovation-minded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working
  • You work well in a team and remain calm under pressure
  • Bilingual in German and English
