Your Future Workplace:We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator (m/w/d) to assist our local Sales Division at a multinational IT corporation. Our client is recognized as one of the largest software providers globally and a leading supplier of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, as well as search and other online services.Your Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team: manage incoming and outgoing emails, schedule appointments, and handle calendar and travel arrangements
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external meetings and offsite events, including preparation of agendas, report generation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Take ownership of and independently manage specific departmental projects while supporting ongoing initiatives
- Facilitate effective internal communication within the team and across other business units
- Serve as a point of contact for the team, partners, external service providers, and act as a liaison for internal departments
- Centralize information and data using Microsoft applications and programs
- Ensure compliance with our principles and guidelines while managing team budgets
Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training in a business-related field or hospitality, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with professionalism in written correspondence in both languages
- Initial project management experience, strong customer orientation, and a keen interest in the IT industry
- Proficient in Office 365 applications: PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook & Teams
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work cooperatively at all levels
- High level of integrity and the capability to handle sensitive information confidentially
